A Unique Academic Opportunity

The Brilliant Club is designed to give pupils an extraordinary chance to experience university-style learning while still at school. Pupils work closely with PhD tutors, who share their specialist knowledge and passion for learning in small, focused groups. This hands-on experience allows pupils to engage with challenging topics, develop critical thinking skills, and explore areas of interest that go beyond the standard curriculum.

Through the programme, our pupils have been building not only academic knowledge but also the confidence and skills needed to excel in their future studies. This includes:

  • Developing research skills by tackling complex topics

  • Enhancing writing and presentation abilities through tutorials and assignments

  • Gaining independent learning strategies that mirror university study
